What Your Proposal Should Answer

A strong proposal should clearly define your audience, activation format, builder journey, delivery plan, and expected results. Use the questions below to make sure you've covered everything we need to evaluate your idea.

  1. Who exactly is your target community? Name the specific group, not a generic category.
  2. Which track are you targeting — Genesis, Scale, or both — and why does your community map to it?
  3. What format are you running, and why is it right for this audience?
  4. What is your qualification moment?
  5. What is your conversion moment, and when does it happen?
  6. Which content modules from Guava's library will you use, and who is your local, native-language facilitator?
  7. What are your specific KPI targets — attendance, qualified builders, registrations, applications?
  8. What are your specific dates and budget breakdown?

Approved

Returned for revision

Audience, conversion plan, or format isn't specific enough. Resubmit within 48 hours to stay in the current cycle.

Declined

Can't demonstrate reach to the target builder profile, or no KPI targets are set.
