Partner proposals
Propose a regional activation designed to find, engage, and bring the best builders from your community to HackMeridian in Lisbon. Choose a format that fits your audience, build a clear path from activation to hackathon, and show us how you'll make it happen.
Selection process
Tell us who your community is, what you want to run, who it serves, and the budget required.
Guava reviews proposals for community fit, specificity, execution capability, and likely builder impact — within 5 business days.
Some proposals receive questions or revision requests. Requested revisions come back within 48 hours to stay in the cycle.
Approved partners receive program materials and coordinate activation execution with Guava.
The proposal
A strong proposal should clearly define your audience, activation format, builder journey, delivery plan, and expected results. Use the questions below to make sure you've covered everything we need to evaluate your idea.
Specific, credible detail across all 8 questions.
Audience, conversion plan, or format isn't specific enough. Resubmit within 48 hours to stay in the current cycle.

What success looks like
| Success looks like | What it means |
|---|---|
| Right builders | You bring together developers, founders, and builders who are genuinely interested in building with Stellar. |
| Hands-on experience | Participants leave with practical experience using Stellar and a clear understanding of what they can build. |
| Hackathon-ready | Builders leave with an idea, direction, or early prototype they can take into HackMeridian. |
| Path to Lisbon | Participants know what HackMeridian is, why they should participate, and what their next step is. |
| Strong participation | Builders from your activation go on to register, apply, and ultimately participate in HackMeridian. |
Choose your format
A structured, hands-on introduction to Stellar combining learning, building, and demos. Workshops day one, build and demo day two.
For partners with access to multiple communities or venues who can build momentum over several weeks, closing on a demo night.
Invite-only, one evening. For high-signal networks of experienced founders and teams who have already shipped.
Have a better idea? Propose another format — just show the same qualification and conversion mechanics.
The application
Tell us about your community, the activation you want to run, how you plan to reach the right builders, and what you need to make it happen.
